Loan Operations Representative II
This position is part of the team that provides customer service via phone and in person to internal and external customers. The position requires excellent attention to detail and focus. Key responsibilities include areas such as booking new loans and debt modification agreements, reviewing daily payment reports, coordination of the escrow process including the payment of real estate tax and insurance bills, preparing payoffs and performing loan account maintenance. This position requires a strong knowledge of loan payment processing.

Demonstrated success in a fast-paced service environment, the ability to multi-task, excellent problem solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technology easily are required. A demonstrated knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, is also required. Knowledge of Jack Henry Silverlake and Bank terminology are a plus. An associate’s degree in Accounting is a plus for this position. The schedule is 8am – 5pm, Monday thru Friday, with rotating Saturday coverage. Saturdays are 8am – 12pm.
Part-Time Teller – Main Office
Demonstrated successful Teller experience is strongly preferred and cash handling experience is required.

The ability to problem-solve, proven referral sales skills, a strong sense of personal accountability, and the customer service philosophy to go above & beyond are important for the successful candidate. The general schedule is Monday thru Thursday 10:00 am - 2:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am – 12:15 pm.
Part-Time Teller (School Calendar Schedule) – Main Office
Demonstrated successful Teller experience is strongly preferred and cash handling experience is required.

The ability to problem-solve, proven referral sales skills, a strong sense of personal accountability, and the customer service philosophy to go above & beyond are important for the successful candidate. This schedule is being created to assist during the times that Main Office provides coverage to our Slicer Branch. The schedule is 10:00 am – 2:00 pm Monday through Friday and every other Saturday. This position follows the La Porte school schedule so will be scheduled off during the times that La Porte High School is closed including holiday breaks, Spring Break, and Summers.

Metropolitan Tribunal Position - Archdiocese of Indianapolis


ARCHDIOCESE OF INDIANAPOLIS
                        METROPOLITAN TRIBUNAL POSITION

 The Metropolitan Tribunal is seeking a full-time professional person to serve as a Judge Instructor/Assessor to direct the investigation and procedural process of marriage nullity cases.  As Judge Instructor, a minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.  Education and experience in the legal field and/or a Master of Theology is preferred.  The applicant must be a Catholic in good standing.

The position involves all aspects of a marriage nullity investigation, including all procedural aspects of a nullity investigation under Canon Law.  Responsibilities include evaluating facts and evidence, preparing questionnaires, interviewing parties and witnesses as needed, responding to phone inquiries, drafting written evaluations, and providing information to pastors and their delegates.  The position also requires some public speaking.

The position requires an understanding and acceptance of Church teaching and theology concerning marriage.  Excellent oral and written communications skills, strong analytical skills, proven organizational ability, and sensitivity to confidentiality are also essential.  Computer skills including word processing are very important for this position.
